It is a quite good for short term stay. Good enough for the money. Location is good, but does not match the one in the listing. I saw no cockroaches which are common in this neighborhood.
They have to change the mattress as soon as possible. Also they have to improve cleaning a little bit, it has dirty terrace and dust over the kitchen. Overall it could save your life if you have to find an affordable new apartment to stay.

Clean, lots of restaurants near by. Idea for short stay.
Total confusion as to location, NOT the address supplied by Booking. Took many texts extra driving and finding parking before getting to actually location. Bad start, but worth the effort.
