Although it's a tad bit far (metro and then a busy bus line), it is easily accessible. Pretty clean, beds were CRAZY COMFY, the owner seemed really sweet :D
you get quite a lot for suck a great price, towels, water, soap, TV, AC, a whole kitchen (omg) washing machine and other nice stuff :)
I loved staying here, since my (brand new) friend lives here I'll be sure to stay here again :3 the wet bathroom was certainly a new experience, I've never showered in a place where there's no shower tray before, everything got so wet 🤣 but there's a thingy you can use to drag the water to the drain so it's fine :D
The curtains don't completely block out the light, and since this place is on the ground floor, the construction guys next to the building could see in (they didn't even try though so it's fine)
Also it's less the owner's fault, but the neighbors / the construction can be a tad bit noisy, but nothing that isn't manageable, it's never *too bad*, and usually subsides later in the evening :D

Closeness to Winter Palace of Sport was the main reason we reserved this apartment, but its also close to various restaurants, a little market place, bus stops, enough parking space around and easy to reach from the ring road!
Also, we loved the most comfortable beds!

The shower- no curtain so bathroom gets all wet when showering.
