This place should not be up for rent

Check-in was simple, the location was convenient for the train station and my work commitments, and the view from the window was nice.

The apartment smelled strongly of damp, there were bugs inside, holes in the walls, and the wooden floors were damp and lifting. Bed sheets had been left in the washing machine, and most concerning of all, there was no toilet seat on the toilet. While I might have overlooked some of these issues as a solo business traveller, the lack of a toilet seat was unacceptable. When I contacted Booking.com to resolve the issue, they attempted to reach the host but were ignored, showing that the host clearly doesn’t care. Overall, I would not recommend this property. My advice: do not book this place.

Le propriétaire m’a demandé d’annuler la location et booking ne m’a jamais remboursé. Très déçu car impossible d’annuler et de l’avoir au téléphone par la suite ! Ne vous faites pas avoir .

Catastrophique je ne suis même pas rester là durée du séjour.

Séjour catastrophique. Le logement était insalubre : cafards dans l’appartement, murs couverts de champignons et il y avais des trous, plinthes arrachées, peintures non terminées. Le canapé était abîmé, le tapis très sale, et les draps, en plus d’être tachés, dégageaient une mauvaise odeur. Rien n’était entretenu correctement et l’hygiène était totalement absente. Ce logement ne devrait pas être proposé sur Booking, je déconseille fortement d’y séjourner. De plus ne compter pas sur Booking pour vous aidez ils ne sont d’aucune utilité.

Franchement absolument rien

Sincèrement cet établissement devrait être complètement retiré de Booking, je vais demander le remboursement si je ne le reçois pas, je vais porter plainte, il y avait des cafards. La chambre était dégueulasse le lit même pas fait les draps sales il avait même du papier pour rouler des joints entre les fauteuils et à l’entrée. C’est incroyable que l’on mette un bien pareil à la location.

Vue époustouflante et cadre très agréable. Tout est fait pour accueillir dans la meilleure manière !

La vue, ca va de soit, le Jaccuzzi évidement, tout étais assez génial :D

Peut-être que l'écoulement d'eau semble un peu lent, sinon la porte des toilettes qui n'est pas très pratique. Mais sincèrement ça ne représente rien par rapport à l'ambiance du logement :)

Parfait

Il y a des endroits comme celui ci qui sont hors du temps. L’appartement spacieux, hyper bien agencé. Cuisine pratique et fonctionnelle. Le jacuzzi pour vous détendre après une longue journée. Et puis, la vue, une sacrée gifle. Fermer les yeux sur le monde et les rouvrir avec ça devant vous y’a pas de mot. Une pensée pour Naoufel qui est arrangeant et a l’écoute, il répond rapidement à toutes vos questions. Allez y les yeux fermés.
