You will find a cosy living room with sofa bed, a welcoming double bedroom, a functional kitchen and a modern bathroom, for a smooth stay.
In the event of refusal to pay the deposit of 150 euros via the platform, a request will be sent via Swikly. This will be a bank imprint made on their secure platform, without any bank debit.
HOUSE RULES:
°A supplement of €50 will be required if you leave the apartment after the authorized time.
° It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment or to leave cigarette butts inside. In case of non-compliance with this rule, a fee of €150 to €300 will be required.
If you need an additional key, an additional €20 will be required. A deposit will also be required to guarantee the return of this second key.
°In case of loss of keys, a replacement fee may be applied, ranging from €100 to €500, depending on the type of key.
°We ask that you respect the quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00. If this rule is not respected, a fee equivalent to the deposit may be charged.
