Lol this is a love hotel, fun to actually stay in one in japan. The check in lady did a great job parsing my broken japanese through the tiny window and was always there as advertised the bath is actually really good and on a budget it's not a bad room

The doors lock you in? its like the set up to a horror movie you have to call the front desk and they open it remotely! I guess this is normal for a love hotel lol? there's a saftey release but its behind a plasitc shell you'd have to break. We just proped the door open until we went to bed so we didnt have to keep calling down. The location is way out there if you're walking and the free breakfast was worth every penny but it was technically edible. A wild ride for sure but not for the faint of heart
