Το σπίτι είναι άνετο, ευρύχωρο, ήσυχο και καθαρό. Έχει τρία επίπεδα με μπάνιο σε κάθε όροφο. Η περιοχή είναι πολύ καλή. Υπάρχουν εστιατόρια δίπλα στο σπίτι και κάστρο. Με αυτοκίνητο πας σε πέντε λεπτά σε μεγάλα σουπερμάρκετ και φούρνο. Το μπαλκόνι έχει ωραία θέα στη θάλασσα. Υπάρχουν επιτραπέζια για να παίζει όλη η οικογένεια. Η ιδιοκτήτρια είναι φιλόξενη και διακριτική.
Μεγάλο μειονέκτημα είναι η έλλειψη κλιματιστικών στα υπνοδωμάτια, για μας αποτέλεσε πρόβλημα. Κλιματιστικό υπάρχει μόνο στο σαλόνι στο υπόγειο. Στα υπνοδωμάτια υπάρχουν ανεμιστήρες μόνο. Η κουζίνα και το σαλόνι στον πάνω όροφο είναι πολύ ζεστά. Τα στρώματα είναι πολύ σκληρά. Το πάρκινγκ δεν είναι ιδιαίτερα εύκολο στην περιοχή. Το σπίτι θα αναβαθμιζόταν πολύ αν έμπαιναν κλιματιστικά και καινούργια στρώματα.

Large flat, modern, comfortable, clean, stunning views.
No air conditioning in the bedrooms. Might only be a problem on very hot days. Would've liked to have a bottle of water in the fridge and coffee, sugar, cream etc in the cupboard. And a mobile phone on the listing to be able to reach the owner.
