The two-storied holiday house MATINA 1 is immersed between old and dense olive groves and is approx. 1km outside the charming city Kyparissia. The well-maintained residence with two apartments is in a quiet and idyllic location and close to the sea and the wonderful Farmaka beach. The holiday house is on a large, well-kept property with pine trees and many Mediterranean plants and flowers.
The practically furnished holiday apartment MATINA 2 is on the first floor of the house and has a wonderful sea view.
The house was built in 1975 and the bathroom was completely renovated in 2016. From the living room and the kitchen you have direct access to a large, roofed circumferential terrace. Heart of the holiday apartment is the beautiful terrace with daybed and several seating options. Here you can enjoy the fantastic sea view and stunning sunsets. The kitchen is adjoining to the living room. A small hall leads to the bedrooms and the shared bath. The BBQ area in the garden is for the shared use of guests in both holiday apartments.
The wonderful sandy bay Farmaka is in only 150m walking distance and can be reached via a flat path and some steps.
This small holiday apartment is perfect for you if you intend to spend your holiday close to sea and nature, in a quiet and well-maintained surrounding. The charming Kyparissia with the idyllic small port, the beautiful beach bars and the historic quarter above the city makes a nice change to the quiet location of your holiday domicile.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit viel privatem Flair. Die sehr große Terrasse mit Meerblick ist auch spitze (Sonnenuntergänge!). Es ist alles da was man braucht und sogar einiges mehr. Die Gastgeberin Magda ist überaus nett und zuvorkommend. Ihre Oliven und das Öl daraus haben wir sehr genossen. Und auch die beiden Hunde sind lieb. Alles war durchweg mehr als nur in Ordnung, so wir voll des Lobes sind.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht mit einer tollen Terrasse mit traumhaften Ausblick.
Die Vermieterin kümmert sich prima um ihre Gäste. Wir wurden sogar zum Arzt begleitet.
Wir bekamen täglich Obst aus dem Garten angeboten.
Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Matina2 sehr genossen.

Wir hatten im September für 2 Wochen Matina 2 gemietet und waren sehr begeistert über die Lage und die Ausstattung der Wohnung. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist grandios und die Nähe zum Meer super. Annette aus Frankenthal
