We really appreciated the apartment, especially the decoration, the cleanliness and the very comfortable bed. We also loved the little touches, like the sweets and the tea and coffee you provided. We appreciated the restaurant recommendations of Gabriele
The main downside for us was the sound insulation, especially in the bedroom. We could hear the street noise very clearly, almost as if we were outside. We actually had to buy earplugs, and even with them it was difficult to sleep in or have a quiet morning. Perhaps installing a proper double-glazed window in the bedroom could make a big difference in terms of comfort. We also had some issues with the hot water, which was not always available.

Once inside heavy entrance doors there was a clean courtyard and stairs to a small, well-furnished flat. Perfect base for a few days as only a short walk to the centre of the old town and many of the key sites. 20 mins walk from the train station. Nice places for ice cream or breakfast nearby.
Flat was lovely but the entrance doors to the main building looked shabby. However, we quickly learned that MOST of Palermo has the same graffiti and dusty streets. Once we explored the area we felt safe coming and going at any hour.

Accueillis par Gabriele, très agréable . Très réactif à nos messages . Le logement est très bien placé pour visiter le centre historique de Palerme . Très proche de tout . La propreté du logement est irréprochable. Tout était parfait. La décoration du logement est faite avec goût. Le café , le thé , les produits d’hygiène mis à disposition sont vraiment un plus . Rien à redire. Séjour de 3 nuits
