Luxury Beachfront Paradise in Athens Rivieria Kavouri Vouliagmeni

Great waterfront location with a view, and very comfortable accommodations.

It’s a little expensive.

This property is exceptionally clean, very comfortable and well appointed. I have 13 vertebrae fused in my back and found the bed and couch to be very comfortable, which is always a concern for me. We appreciated that there were snacks and water available to get us started since this was our first stop in Greece and we came straight from the airport. The owner maintained great communication and was easy to get ahold of, and the guide book provided helped us immensely. The location of this apartment is ideal for walking into Voula for breakfast, lunch, dinner and groceries. The beachfront restaurants were also within easy walking distance. We appreciated having beach towels available so we could easily enjoy the beach. We truly enjoyed our stay here.

The air conditioning worked very well, however, it blows a bit of a musty odor into the apartment. It was bearable and I adjusted to it quickly, and noticed it was not unique to this apartment as I often smelled a similar odor in restaurants and shops. That said, I’m super sensitive to smells, so it may not bother others.
