the location is excellent; just out the building door is an amazing view; the bus to NY is just a few seconds away. walking is a breeze and very pleasant in the area. Delivery from Instacart and ubereats was a blessing. Apartement has almost everything you need for good stay, you could cook and wash your dishes in the dishwasher. There is laundry room in the basement was very convinent. The host provide all cleaning products you might need. The host tried to make our stay as good as it gets. Ah, forget to mention, the apartment is so warm even without heater and so sunny too :)
The apartment is smaller than we excepted but adqueate, the batheroom is small, if someone is big, they wouldn't feel comfortable enough. There are few flights of steps outside the building to get in, it might be difficult for senoirs or someone that has problems with the stairs and carrying luggages.

Very nice and clean flat with a fully equipped kitchen and air conditioner. Although located on a main road it is very quiet inside, in the evening and at night there is hardly any traffic. There is a bus stop right in front of the house, the buses leave every few minutes directly to New York near Times Square. It was a very nice stay, after a busy day in NYC you can “escape” to a quiet neighbourhood and enjoy the evening. Shopping facilities, snack bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. The contact with the hostess was extremely nice, she responded very friendly and quickly to enquiries.
