This fabulous one bedroom apartment is located in Union City, New Jersey. IT IS APPROX. 10 MINUTES AWAY FROM MIDTOWN MANHATTAN. It is right across the Lincoln Tunnel and the Hudson River. 3.26 MILES AWAY FROM PORT AUTHORITY BUS TERMINAL AND TIMES SQUARE AREA. IT IS EASIER AND FASTER TO COMMUTE TO MIDTOWN MANHATTAN FROM OUR LOCATION THAN SOME PLACES IN NEW YORK LIKE THE BRONX, BROOKLYN AND QUEENS.
- Walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets, banks, shops, groceries, bakeries, etc.
TRANSPORTATION
- It is 10 minutes away from Port Authority Bus Terminal / Times Square area
- Bus stop is almost at your door step
- Accessibility to pretty much every bus going into Manhattan

Everything you need if you explore New York. Landlady ever do helfull, whenever needed. Hot the imression she is really caring gor her hiests. We give it 2 zhumbs up

Reserved this cute little apartment for our two night stay. The owner was available anytime we needed her but our stay went without a hitch. Used Uber to get into the city which can get pricey but we budgeted for that. Overall we had a great stay and would come back!

Comments for Physical Unit at time of our rental . . .
Supplies: Fair. Unlike the photos, there are only 4 hangers in entire unit - a challenge for travelers with coats & dress clothes. On main bed there is 1 sheet & a thin decorative coverlet with no blankets or duvet. 2 modest throws were provided for sofabed.
Cleanliness: Overall first impression is one of tidiness. However, cleaning company's attention to detail is poor. The dish sponge left for our use was pre-used, sopping, had food debris on it and sitting in a sponge holder with old slime. Makeup powder left in the corner of bathroom floor. Upon arrival, the microwave cover in the microwave had food and human hair remaining and had not been cleaned. Basic plates and bowls in kitchen were not thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival. The cleaning company forgot to ensure a parking pass was left.
Maintenance: Agree with previous reviews for this listing . . . the unit DOES need TLC. The kitchen table is very wobbly (noted in previous reviews) & one would not want to lean on it. The bed in the chair is unstable. All fabric furniture in this living room is heavily soiled and visibly dirty at the time of renting this unit. The bedroom floor is no longer hardwood but completely covered with a VERY VERY old and beaten area rug. Ventilation fan in bathroom does not turn on leaving both the bathroom and entire unit feeling damp and humid until AC corrects. There was a heavy leak/drip coming out of tub faucet that never stopped.
Comfort: There is no notable daylight in the living room (windows butt up against concrete wall) & there are no windows in kitchen. Because there is a small old ceiling light in the spacious living room, it is not well-lit if this is important to you. The one lamp is weak and does not turn on to its high setting. These are important factors for a zero daylight living area.
Every renter has to pick what's important to them. If it's location, price & friendly host... excellent unit. If it is cleanliness, lighting , well-maintained/clean furniture, & general home maintenance/updates, this unit has the above-noted deficiencies. These are easily corrected &, if done, comfort will go up!
