Great location. Owner is great to work with. Alot of sleeping room.
There is only1 parking pass and space per unit for a mutli family with vehicles. Street parking is good until people going to board walk comes in and takes all the street parking

The location is awesome love the porch
They need to replace shades fix the hole in the wall in one bedroom…power wash and paint the outside…repair wooden steps in front n back going up to the place…but the place was not clean my kids had black feet walking around…lot of sand in house n on porch under beds and things not cleaned some of the appliances were still dirty from previous people…we basically had to clean before we settled in
