Konumu harika ve temizliği gayet iyiydi. İşletmeciler gerçekten çok yardımsever ve karşılamadan uğurlamaya kadar çok ilgililerdi. Evde tüm imkanlar eksiksiz bir şekilde sunulmuştu. Evde konuklar için bırakılmış ikramlar da ayrıca güzel bir jestti.

Καλή τοποθεσία 3' από την είσοδο του πεζόδρομου του Μολύβου. Απλό σπίτι του '80, με δύο υπνοδωμάτια που κοιμίζουν 5 (3+2), ένα μπάνιο κι ένα ενιαίο χώρο καθιστικού και κουζίνας με μεγάλο τραπέζι φαγητού. Έχει όλα τα βασικά: καφετιέρα, βραστήρα, ένα μικρό πλυντήριο, δύο ανεμιστήρες και κλιματιστικό στην τραπεζαρία που δεν βοηθά ιδιαίτερα τον ύπνο, για να είμαι ειλικρινής. Άνετο πάρκινγκ μπροστά στο σπίτι, μια πολύ ωραία βεράντα και ένα μπαλκόνι πιο πάνω για να αγναντεύεις την αμμουδιά. Ο κ. Παναγιώτης ήταν ευγενέστατος και βοήθησε αρκετά για δρομολόγια, σούπερ μάρκετ, κλπ
Θορυβώδης δρόμος μπροστά: περνούν αυτοκίνητα και μηχανάκια μέχρι τις 2 το πρωί. Τα υπνοδωμάτια δεν έχουν παντζούρια οπότε το φως σε ξυπνάει το πρωί. Διακόσμηση υποτυπώδης, του περασμένου αιώνα.
