Konumu çok iyiydi ev ile beach arası 100 mt. Otopark problemi yoktu Ev sahibi Nichos çok nazikti tüm isteklerimizi nezaketle tamamladı. Balkon sabah saatlerinde çok keyifliydi
Sineklik yoktu. Çeşit çeşit sinek ve böcekle birlikte kalmaya başladık temizlenmesini istediğimizde yaptılar ama yinede sinekliğin olmaması çok büyük dezavantaj. Çok fazla tozluydu. Klimanında temizlenmesi gerek. Mutfak dolabı altı rutubetliydi hafif bir küf kokusu vardı. Duvarlarda ölü sinek, örümcek ve böcekleri görmekte pek hoş değildi.

Konumu çok iyiydi denize 5 dk sürüyor, nisos beach e çok yakın. Merkeze de 15 dk yürüyüşle gidilebiliyor. Bahçesi çok güzeldi, küçük çocuğumuz çok sevdi. Mutfakta her türlü araç gereç vardı. Ev sahibi çok yardımsever ekstra isteklerimizi hemen yerine getirdi. Elektrikli süpürge ve park yatak istedik hemen getirdi.
