    We are a group of 4 reserving two rooms. I dun understand why they never reply msg via Agoda. Dun understand why they arranged rooms in different corridor for us! We r a group of 4 on the same booking!!! We can live in the opposite but they just dun arrange. I can’t see the reason behind…. The place is nice though .. big enf .. have public hot spring .. bed is good too… nice price in my opinion ~*** for a night stay .. if u can arrive early here, u should.. enjoy the hot spring and large room with family and friends.. For 1st floor stay, it’s just a few steps, so basically no worries.. after 23:00 u should enter from the side gate instead, but no big deal, its still close to the rooms.
