Riverside barn on private wildlife estate

Loved our stay and didn’t want to leave. Such a comfortable cozy cabin where you feel isolated and relaxed.

Would’ve loved to be able to adjust the heat ourselves as most of the night it was switched off which made it quite cold. There wasn’t much kindling and we were unable to cut any as we have shoulder issues. Also would suggest moving the decor around in the kitchen as the oven switch was hidden and took some time to find.

Amazing location , beautiful views. The property was very clean and some tea , coffee and milk all ready in the kitchen was a welcome sight after the long drive! Kitchen had everything needed so no need to worry about taking anything, just the food and drink you need ! Although apart from a couple of bbqs we dined out most evenings. Bedrooms are all a good size with lots of storage and comfy beds. Showers were nice and powerful. We walked along the river and found the camel trail then walked to the lovely little cafe roughy a 15 minute walk and had a delicious cream tea.

Honestly we all couldn’t fault it , would happily book again next summer.
