Location great, the place is very large, bathroom and living room very spacious. There are 2 bedrooms, one is medium size but the second one is very spacious. The living room offers plenty of storage space. Kitchen was satisfying. Big fridge with freezer. Bright space, with windows. Two tables, plenty of chairs, and a sofa. The best part was the veranda. It was lovely to have coffee in the morning outside, or chill in the evening after a long day. As the veranda is on the 1st floor, there is a nice view, especially in the morning. The veranda offered a good size hanger for wet beach towels and swimsuits. A big plus is that right next door, there are great coffee places, restaurants and gelato. The place also offers private parking.

The place is at a spot, where every night there is exceptional noise, loud music and live singing, until past midnight. It can be quite difficult to sleep. Place not well equipped. For its price, I would’ve expected to be provided with toilet paper, but they only offer one roll and then, you need to buy more yourself. The bathroom doesn’t have towel hangers on any wall, and doesn’t offer much space for placing your stuff. We had to use the surface of the washing machine which was a rusty thing! The shower cabin is small and doesn’t have interior shelving for shampoo etc. The bedrooms could use a table lamp instead of just the ceiling lamp. No coffee or coffee machine. Kitchen poorly equipped. Living room could include better/more sitting. The hosts could’ve informed us that after a certain hour, the roads close for cars and we wouldn’t be able to reach the private parking. Good thing is, there is an open public parking space within a five minute walk. We stayed for 7 nights and the room wasn’t cleaned, not even once. Nor did they offer to provide new towels. There is a spiral staircase for accessing the house, so not convenient when carrying luggage. The room was pricy so we didn’t feel it was value for money.
