Facade area is Good and well maintained… Plants improve attractiveness. Reception counter is also good and staff behaviour is good. It is only 3-5 mins walking from mall road. Food quality is good

Room doors packing is bad. Air comes through the gaps. I used 2 rooms and Both have same problem…. No heaters in room for temperature control.

The location was good. Actually walking distance from Library Chowk/Mall Road. The food was good and economical. Better than most restaurants on mall road I'd say. The room service was fine too. Could have done better with the room size, hence a 9/10. But it was completely worth the money.

A very nice and clean property near Mall Road. The balcony room provided a clear and natural mountain view. The food was delicious and served with proper hygiene. Staff members were very helpful and attentive. I would definitely recommend this place.

Balcony

There is no hotel called the Grand dwapar. They changed our room after 2 days and allotted an inferior room which is very small for 3 people. Please verify before listing any hotel there is another list in booking.com which is called dwapar palace which is also fake please check that. Though the listing in booking.com shows there is a single bed and a double bed but actually they had a double bed and a mattress which is absolutely incorrect to allot.
