Moderne inrichting, goede bedden, alles schoon, goede wifi. Uitzicht op zee. Belangrijkste: airconditioning!
Parkeren was een probleem. Parkeerterrein bij het appartement was bijna altijd vol en kans op schade.

The view from the living room is worthy of a top rating alone. You get an amazing panoramic view from the living room as well as the balconies. Location is good too. You are not in bustle, but close enough to get there when you want in literally 3 mins. Host was super friendly and responded to any query within an hour. If you travel a lot like me you will know that this is not always the case.
There is not much that can be improved - the parking is tight, but there is not a lot the host can do to make Nice an easy place to park. You just have to take care so you car is not exposed to other less careful drivers! Post stay cleaning fee is annoying, but again its less than other places I have stayed. Perhaps the host can figure out a way to improve it - that way shorter stays can also be viable.
