De ligging van het appartement, direct aan de skipiste met een balkon op het zuidwesten
De staat van de vloer; best slecht, wc bril gebroken en erg oud. De bedbank zag er wat onverzorgd uit. Verder was het wel netjes, maar het is wel aan te raden om zelf je beddengoed en dekbedden mee te nemen omdat het zeker niet vaak gewassen wordt wat er ligt.

communication parfaite avec la propriétaire qui est super gentille, nous sommes même venu la saluer après notre journée de ski car elle nous succédait. emplacement idéal, sur les pistes, a coté des restaurant et du magasin. possible de dormir à 6 sans problème pour limiter les coûts.
Pour sortir le soir il faut aller sur la station plus bas des ménuires saint-martin mais ça va vite et il y a des navettes. En haute saison pas facile de trouver du parking mais en dehors c'est devant la résidence qu'on se gare.
