De locatie is top. Je skiet vanaf het appartement naar meerdere liften en je wandelt in 15 minuten naar het centrum van Les Munieres. De parkeerplaats in de garage is ook fijn. Je loopt met je spullen binnendoor naar het appartement. Voor 6 volwassenen is het appartement echt te klein. Er zijn 3 onderschuifbedden en er is dus geen volwaardig 2-persoonsbed. Wel 2 badkamers en keuken met vaatwasser. Op het balkon staan geen stoelen maar het heeft wel een mooi uitzicht.
