Petit appartement cosy propre, agréable, calme et très bien situé. Les capsules de café !
Impossible de se connecter au wifi. Aucun produit de lavage dans la salle de bain, même le distributeur de savon liquide pour les mains était vide. Une plinthe est tombée quand on a ouvert la porte...

L'emplacement est super, très tranquille malgré qu'il se trouve au centre ville. Possibilité de stationné des vélos dans le petit jardin privatif. TOP
Pas d'eau chaude a notre arrivée, après une journée a vélo la douche froide était vivifiante. Plus de savon. Canapé lit pas super nettoyé, on a enlevé les cheveux et poils qui était dessus. Dommage.

Petit studio très bien placé en plein Centre Ville, mais dans un environnement pour autant très calme. Très facilement accessible, avec une place de stationnement au pied de l'appartement, disponible y compris en pleine période de marché de Noël. Loueur très disponible et très réactif. Le petit espace extérieur doit être très agréable aux saisons qui permettent d'en profiter. Rapport qualité / prix plus que correct.
Quelques petits détails portés à la connaissance du loueur, qu'il prendra certainement en compte au moins en partie.

Emplacement, proche de toutes commodité et accès routiers Places de parking disponible uniquement dans la rue payante mais prix ultra raisonnable
La propreté : toilettes et extérieur sales Manque d’équipement cuisine et ménage (pas de serpillière, aspirateur cassé, accessoires cuisine très limités)
