Waterfront Lux, 2 Bed Studio, Parking By Tilo

The room had everything we needed, the balcony was so lovely, with a view of the sea. Bed was very comfortable and Wi-Fi worked really well. Concierge team were friendly and helpful. Parking was very safe and secure, great to have this in the city. On our last morning we discovered a cafe in the Mall which offers a nice breakfast deal. The beach is a 5 minute walk away, just the other side of the Mall. If you walk further along the beach becomes sandy and great for sunbathing or even swimming.

This is a fairly new area next to the Waterfront Mall. Unfortunately due to a flight delay and problem with hire car it was dark when we arrived and we couldn’t find the location for the Concierge, as there are no street lights on the path leading to the Reception. When we visited in May, there were a few cafes and restaurants in the Mall but nowhere close by to purchase groceries. A Coop is due to open in the Mall, so that will definitely help. Apart from Mall, nearest area for breakfast/ dinner was about 25 minute walk. We couldn’t find any buses that went from Porto Antico area to near the apartment, but there is one (Number 13) from Piazza Raffaele De Ferrari.

Die Lage direkt am Yachthafen ist genial. Viele Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Appartement ist groß, modern und hat einen riesigen Balkon mit möglicher Beschattung. So kann man auf dem Balkon frühstücken ohne der direkten Sonne ausgesetzt zu sein. Die Küchenzeile ist modern und vollständig eingerichtet. Und ein nicht zu unterschätzender Faktor, wenn man mit dem PKW anreist: der fixe Tiefgaragenparkplatz. Wenn es uns wieder nach Genua treibt, würden wir das Appartement auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Das Schlafsofa ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, geht aber. Zumindest wacht man nicht mit Rückenschmerzen auf.

Das einzige was wirklich nicht zur Unterkunft passt sind die sehr unbequemen Schlafsofa! Hier wäre eine richtiges Bett nötig um wirklich alles perfekt zu machen.

Très propre , la vue incroyable depuis la terrasse immense! Le parking sécurisé et la résidence toute neuve .

Il est dommage que dans l’appartement il n’y ai pas de vrai lit et un canapé convertible alors qu’il y a largement l’espace. L’appartement se compose de 2 lits canapé… Le lit canapé n’est pas très confortable.
