Casa Piano Waterfront Wifi free parking

It’s a well equipped condominium with great sea view. The property is so quiet that we rest very well. Another plus point is the property is close to the waterfront mall. In days that we didn’t want to go far for food, we just went to the mall for something fast and simple.

Just for people travelling on public transportation. There are bus stops nearby but the buses are usually very crowded and not so reliable… One thing could have been better is the supply of toilet paper and trash bags. Close the end of 7-day stay, we had to buy more toilet rolls and trash bags from coop….

Das Inventar passt qualitativ nicht zum Preis. Das Bett war äusserst unbequem. Wir sollten vor Ankunft ein Foto via WhatsApp von unseren Identitätskarten verschicken, erst danach hätten wir die Unterlagen für den Self Check in erhalten.

Ottima la posizione vicino alla passeggiata di Corso Italia e alla zona di via XX Settembre. Si cammina un po’ di più per raggiungere il centro storico ma fa parte della vacanza.

Non è comodo non avere una presina o uno strofinaccio in cucina e la mancanza anche di una tovaglietta per il tavolo, per nostra comodità non abbiamo fatto uso della cucina al di là di aver scaldato solo qualcosa altrimenti sarebbe stato scomodo. Non abbiamo fatto alcuna richiesta al riguardo in quanto non ci necessitava più di tanto

The location is good, it's near a mall (which is not completely finished yet), it's near the Mediterranean Sea, the balcony has a view on a marina and the city center is within walking distance. However, parking is not connected to the building and most of the surroundings are still under construction. Parking is free, secure and spacious however, so that's very positive. The accommodation itself is huge, especially for two people. It's a whole apartment, suitable for longer stays with amenities such as a electric hob, washing machine and a dish washer.

There are very few negative things to say about the property itself. Unfortunately, the communication with Frederica and Bruno is very difficult. A few examples: 1. We are on a roadtrip through Italy with no real planning. That's why we booked the property one day before arrival. I followed the instructions from Bruno (Booking.com contact) and messaged the lady who worked for him (Frederica). She informed me that she couldn't arrange towels or bed linnen on such short notice. After escalating the issue we did eventually get towels and linen, but the fact that it took escalating the matter is insane. Don't allow bookings 1 day in advance if you can't manage that properly. 2. We should've received the instructions for the key pickup and parking before we arrived at the property. Because we were driving from Rome, we weren't able to chase after the information, but one we arrived we had to call all available numbers multiple times before we finally received some instructions through WhatsApp with a stern "I sent you all the directions to enter the house, I wish you a good stay" ending. The instructions were so bad that we didn't even know which apartment we were assigned to, where it was and on which floor it was. 3. The property has smarthome functionality with a control panel on the wall. Once I turned the air conditioner on, the system wouldn't let me turn it off again. Not only did it do absolutely nothing, it made a horrible noise throughout the property, including the bedroom. I'm an IT guy, I know these systems, but something was simply broken in this smarthome system. I messaged both Bruno and Frederica about it. They would both contact the building administrator to find a solution. This led me to believe that both Bruno and Frederica barely know anything about the property that they are providing. 4. The windows were so dirty, it was basically matte glass.
