Enjoyed our stay. House is well stocked for kitchen items, has a few toys/games to entertain kiddos. House is close to town and in a quiet spot. Host was great

This stay was by far our best Vrbo rental ever!! We booked the Lava Rock Retreat for a little pre-Christmas staycation with our grown children/spouses and grandchildren, and it was phenomenal! The weather was unusually windy, wet, and cold most of the time, but in the words of my adult son, “It didn’t matter! There was so much to do that we didn’t even need to leave the house!” We used the huge theater room for movies, Super Smash Bros, and Pilates. We played shuffleboard, air hockey, board games, tic tac toe, arcade games, and foosball. We made popcorn in the theater-popcorn machine and tried a lot of different seasonings, all provided by the host! We had family pictures taken in the backyard with the beautiful mountains as the backdrop. We also kicked around a soccer ball and played catch with a football on the grass, There was plenty of space to share meals and store our belongings. The kitchen was well stocked with multiple appliances in the pantry as a bonus. There was even a beautifully decorated Christmas tree in the front room where we placed our gifts for the gift exchange! The beds and pillows were great quality and super comfortable. There was a high chair, booster seat, and pack-n-play available. I could go on and on. There were toys in toy boxes in the bunk room! They truly thought of everything!! We did leave the house during our stay and found plenty to do!!! We HIGHLY recommend the Lava Rock Retreat! The hosts and their property are amazing!!!

Great amenities from popcorn machine and movie theater, to arcade and games for kids - we enjoyed it all. Spacious and very well appointed rooms. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home. We had 18 individuals of all ages. Plenty of room to sleep. Many of activities to keep everyone occupied. Close to Lava Olympic Pool and Hot Pools. Our host, Joseph, was amazing. He responded promptly and made all instructions clear. Thank you for a wonderful place that allowed our family to enjoy our time together.
