There are always fresh fully laundered towels and sheets placed between every guest visit. Normal wear and tear, these towels and sheets may get stains and tears. This enables us to give our guests the best possible value and at the same time help the environment.
Houston is a hot and humid climate, this climate causes a lot of bugs. We are aware that bugs can get into space. We do regular extermination to try to prevent bug problems but it's not a perfect solution. Please note that you may see bugs in the home. No refunds given if bugs are seen.
There is a train that runs adjacent to this horn. You may hear the train at times which causes some noise.
As much as i love pets, no pets allowed on property.
For undisclosed pets brought into the listing, there is an additional $250 fee.

Everything was absolutely perfect.

Everything was as described on the website. The host was awesome, unfortunately the internet was out but that not by any fault of the host and we were notified ahead of time that the internet service provider had an outage in that area. I would definitely stay there again when I’m visiting Houston.
