Sunshine is a beautiful two-story house with four bedrooms and private parking—perfect for families or large groups.
Just two stations away from Ikebukuro! Ikebukuro is a hugely popular district in Tokyo with excellent shopping and entertainment options: the Sunshine 60 Observatory with stunning city views, the Sunshine Aquarium, the Animate flagship store, Pokémon Center MEGA TOKYO, museums, the Tokiwaso Manga Museum, a gacha shop, Chinatown, countless dining options, and much more.
Ikebukuro Station is served by the JR Yamanote Line and other lines, offering direct access to Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Ueno.
Our neighborhood is VERY safe and quiet at night.
There is a 7-Eleven just a 1-minute walk away that is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
There is also a 24-hour supermarket a 6-minute walk away where you can find fresh meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, and many local snacks, etc.
Plenty of restaurants are within a 5- to 6-minute walk. Uber Eats also delivers to our address.
