Rooftop House Rules:
1. No Parties – The rooftop is for quiet enjoyment only. Small, respectful gatherings are allowed, provided noise levels remain low and do not disturb other guests or neighbors. Large parties, events, or disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.
2. Smoking – Cigarette smoking is permitted only in designated rooftop areas. The use of illegal substances or prohibited smoking/vaping materials is strictly forbidden.
3. No Unauthorized Guests – Only registered guests may access the rooftop.
4. Cleanliness – Please leave the rooftop as you found it; remove all trash and personal items before leaving.
5. No Damage – Do not move or misuse furniture, equipment, or fixtures.
6. Hours of Use – The rooftop may only be used during designated opening times (8 AM – 10 PM).
Moreover, please note that every guest will be required to sign a credit card authorization form in order to access the rooftop. The card will only be charged if the rules are violated.

Nice location, responsive host, easy check-in and check-out. A bit close to the 'L' train if noise in the morning is a concern. Overall, I would recommend this place.

The unit was not that clean when we arrived. Overall, the general maintenance in the unit and the building is lacking. They need to do a better job taking care of the building. There was mold in the bathroom. Even the shower curtain had mold. Also, the toilet moved when you sat on it. The arm on one the of windows was broken, so we could not close the window all the way. The arm on one the bedroom windows was broken. So even though maintenance came in to fix the window it was still slightly open and as a result the noise level was high. It was difficult sleeping with the elevated train and trash trucks. Also, you advertised a roof deck, but failed to mentioned that you need a credit card and another special code to gain access to the deck. We went up there and could not get in and had to send another message. That information should have been shared with us when we made the reservation. The location of the building is great with many restaurants and coffee shops nearby, but more attention to details and cleaning needs to be placed on the building. I have already reserved a unit for a week in November, so we are hoping we will not encounter these same issues.
