About this apartment rental
Vacation for People & Dogs!
The vacation rental is located on the upper floor of the main house and has its own entrance; you can park your car right next to the house.
There is a bedroom with a double bed and a living/dining room with an open kitchen, a second bedroom (not designed as a traditional children’s room) with a French bed (1.20), and a bathroom with a shower.
The L-shaped couch offers enough space for four people to sit comfortably together.
Towels and dish towels are already provided upon arrival, and the beds are freshly made, so you can save a little space in the car for seashells and driftwood :-)
The stairs to the apartment are quite steep, so they’re less suitable for older dogs.
Our property is nestled in the countryside, surrounded by meadows and fields. Pure tranquility—yet everything is within easy reach:
Burhave with all its shopping options, the bustling town of Tossens, and the harbor of Fedderwardersiel—or our quiet natural beaches, the salt marshes, and the North Sea lagoon (if you’d like to go to the beach even at low tide). After every outing, it’s a pleasure to come back here and unwind.
We rent exclusively to dog owners (without a dog only in exceptional cases by arrangement), so our apartments are not suitable for people with allergies.
It’s truly wonderful here for vacationers with dogs: an early morning stroll through the fields—or simply heading to our dog park with your dog and a cup of coffee—there’s hardly a more relaxing way to start the day with your four-legged friend.
Of course, dogs are also welcome in our courtyard café!
We naturally do not charge any extra fee for dogs traveling with you—neither for the rental nor for the final cleaning.
NO repairmen!
On-site costs: No extra charges for: dogs, bed linens, and towels. A security deposit of €200.00 is collected in advance and refunded after departure. You’re also welcome to pay the amount in cash and take it back with you immediately.
Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 8:00, and check-out is from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
