It features three bedrooms: one queen bedroom on the main floor with an ensuite, another queen room downstairs with a bunk room as well. There are is one full and one half bathrooms upstairs and two full bathroom downstairs. With a total of seven beds, including bunk beds in the third bedroom (one double/single bunk, one single/single bunk), and a pullout couch downstairs, the home can accommodate multiple guests. Parking is available for 3 or 4 vehicles. Enjoy your morning coffee on the spacious deck, or explore nearby hiking trails. This is the perfect place for a peaceful getaway, yet just a short drive to St. John’s. Wi-Fi availability will be confirmed during cleaning.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay in Flatrock. The listing was very accurate. This was more than enough for two couples and I could easily envision bringing children to stay in the room with bunkbeds. The view is outstanding. Our last morning we watched a pod of porpoises feed for 30 minutes while we sat in the sauna, pretty amazing. The open concept kitchen/livingroom/dining room was great for hanging out while preparing meals, all with a view of Flat Rock Cove. The home is tastefully decorated and well equipped.We did two beautiful hikes on the East Coast trails with access only a few minutes away. The Post Taphouse and grocery store is less than 10 minutes away. Downtown St John’s and Quidi Vidi are an easy drive 25 minutes away.This was a great location to relax and unwind while still being minutes away from everything you need. We would certainly stay again should we return to Nfld.

Our quick vacation to Newfoundland was made even better by these beautiful accommodations! Such a beautiful home and the views are breathtaking! Very high end finishes made for a luxurious stay and its clear there was a lot of care taken to ensure you had everything possible you might need. The gourmet kitchen was thoroughly enjoyed and cooking facing that view was amazing! We will definitely be back and will spread the word. Hosts were incredible. Many thanks!
