Recently renovated two-bedroom apartment, terrace, communal pool and parking in the best location in Playa del Inglés.Apartment located in the heart of Playa del Inglés, just a few metres from the famous Maspalomas dunes and the Yumbo shopping centre, fully renovated and furnished with all the luxury of details and excellent equipment.The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen-living room with a comfortable sofa, bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with double bed and another with 2 single beds. The terrace with views of the pool area and gardens where you can enjoy a glass of wine and an aperitif while watching the sunset is outstanding.Among the equipment we find a large flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi internet throughout the accommodation, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing board and iron, plenty of space to store clothes and luggage, space to work, etc... and many other elements to enjoy a stay on the island.The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, large capacity refrigerator and freezer, induction hob, toaster, juicer, kettle and kitchen utensils in general.The accommodation is located in a very quiet and pleasant apartment complex, with extraordinary common areas with a communal pool for adults and another for children, sun loungers and gardens.The property is located in a residential building with parking and a communal pool.Playa del Inglés is a world-famous tourist area visited by millions of travelers annually. The property is located about 200 meters from the well-known Yumbo shopping center.
