🍎 Kitchenette with Red Fridge: Features a red fridge, all-in-one coffee pot, griddle, toaster oven, microwave, and all necessary kitchenware.
🚿 Private Bathroom: Includes all essentials such as towels and toilet paper.
🔑 Exclusive Entrance: Enjoy the convenience of your own private entry.
🌿 Private Patio: Your own private outdoor space, perfect for you or your pets!
🧳 Compact and Efficient: Ideal for solo adventurers or couples.
🌼 Quiet Location: Nestled in a peaceful area.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet neighborhood, property is located on the end of a buiser main street. Lots of shops and places to go very close.
Getting Around:
I always recommend uber or a rental car for getting around. You can always walk but i would say uber is the best option. The public bus is also an option in the area but I would recommend just taking an uber.
Other Things to Note:
The unit does have shared wall to another unit, so please be mindful of people next to you.
Pricing: $100 cleaning per stay (airbnb includes this in the nightly)
Based at $100 per night.
Pets are allowed for an extra $30 per stay
For monthly rental $80 per night a $100 cleaning fee is added to the first month. (only pay the cleaning fee one time)
Any stay over 28 nights will require a simple lease.
Please reach out for long-term stays!
Smoking is ok outside only (please dont allow smoke to go inside)
Unfortunately no washer and dryer access, please keep that in mind.
