This furnished, one story, cozy apartment is perfect for those looking for a private long term stay just minutes away from Redstone Arsenal. Newly renovated, there is a full kitchen with new cabinets, granite countertops, new furniture (to include a comfortable queen bed) and flooring, and new paint throughout.
This is one unit of a seven unit 1-story apartment complex. Each unit has one bedroom and one bathroom, two clothing closets, and one closet for linens. The bathroom has both a shower and a tub. There is a front door and back door for entry. There is a full kitchen in each unit, with a refrigerator, stove and microwave in each unit (no dishwasher). Also, not shown is a fully fenced in backyard.
Guests will have access to the full unit as well as the fenced in backyard.

Located three miles or less from Redstone Arsenal's Gate 8, Stovehouse (a brand new outdoor music, restaurant and event space), Campus 805 ("Huntsville's premier local craft brewery center, entertainment and event venue"), and Whole Foods. There's a brand new neighborhood development being built just down the road (don't worry, it's far enough so you that you won't hear any construction or have to deal with dirty tires).

The property manager was very responsive, polite, and professional. The apartment was clean and recently renovated. We picked this location over others because of the reasonable pet fee. This was a good location to get a foothold into Huntsville. It is a short drive from everywhere.
