Rents in Porto-Vecchio in South Corsica, from private owners, superb architect's house of 200m2 (8 to 10 people) on an enclosed plot of 2500m2, 4 bedrooms, located 6 minutes from the city center and 10 minutes from the beaches of Cala Rossa and Saint-Cyprien.
Fully air-conditioned house facing south, very quiet, not overlooked with a large heated swimming pool (12mx4m).
On the first floor: a large living room of 50m2 overlooking the swimming pool with a fireplace, an American kitchen, 2 bedrooms with a 160 cm bed, 2 bunk beds in the corridor, large walk-in shower with double sinks, separate toilet.
On the 1st floor: two suites each with a 180 cm bed, walk-in bathroom, toilet and dressing room which open onto a 100m2 terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs and with a 180° view of the maquis and the mountains.
Outside: large teak terrace of 200m2, sunbeds, dining area with plancha, garden furniture (2 in front of the house facing the pool and one at the back in the shade), ping-pong table, petanque court, parking.
