Recently built (2020) – Single-story – Sleeps 10 – 5 rooms – 4 bedrooms – 109 m² with a large terrace and private pool, near the sea
Floor plan:
Air-conditioned living room with direct access to a large terrace. The living room features a 3-seater sofa and a 2-seater sofa bed, as well as a 55-inch LED TV. The dining room features a dining table (2.40 m with extension leaves) that seats 10 people.
Fully equipped kitchen: open to the living room with a small pantry area. Kitchen appliances: induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine—electric coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, food processor
Two identical sleeping areas on either side of the living room. Each sleeping area includes:
- 1st bedroom: 1.60 m wide bed with access to the terrace.
- 2nd bedroom: 1.40 m wide bed and a 0.90 m wide rollaway bed
- Bathroom with sink, walk-in shower, and toilet
Outdoor areas:
4,000 m² of private, unobstructed grounds
Large 150 m² terrace featuring a heated saltwater pool (8 m × 4 m) secured by an electric roller shutter (compliant with safety standards) (pool closed from late October to early May), outdoor shower, 6 sun loungers, garden furniture, 2 3m x 3m umbrellas, a garden table (3.35m with extensions) with 10 chairs,

Très belle villa récente et bien située pour visiter le sud de la Corse. Propreté impeccable, extérieur fonctionnel avec très belle piscine. Contact très sympathique avec le propriétaire. La maison correspond en tout point à mes attentes. A recommander sans hésitation.
