Multiple living levels, a private lower deck, an indoor fireplace, and a bonus bunk room give families and groups room to spread out while keeping Lionshead Beach and shared resort activities close by.

• Upper level: three private bedrooms and two full bathrooms
• Lower level: full-over-full bunk bed with trundle, shared living space, and in-unit laundry

Shared Innsbrook access
Guests may use shared resort amenities including Lionshead Beach, hiking trails, the seasonal pool and lazy river, sports courts, fitness center, golf facilities, dining, boat rentals, playgrounds, and scheduled events. Resort amenities are not private; seasons, hours, fees, rental availability, and eligibility are controlled by Innsbrook and may change.
Important notes and policies
• No pets are permitted.
• The upper deck is not accessible; guests may use the private lower deck.
• No lifeguards are on duty; guests swim at their own risk.
• Wildlife and insects are part of the natural setting.
• A one-time damage-protection fee covers up to $500 in accidental damage.
• No indoor smoking; violations may result in a $250 fee.
• Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and standard check-out is 10:00 AM.
• Approved early check-in is $15 per hour; approved late check-out is $20 per hour. Requests are subject to housekeeping availability.
• Unauthorized late check-out may result in a $50 fee.
• Stays of 21 nights or longer incur a $50 long-term cleaning fee.
• Returned belongings incur a $25 handling fee plus shipping.
• A starter supply of toiletries and paper goods is provided; guests should plan to replenish supplies during longer stays.

The house itself is lovely and would be an easy 5 stars except that it took us an hour and a half to get inside. The door code did not work. When we messaged the host, he gave us a second door code that also did not work and then stopped responding entirely. The checkin information is outdated and the host's listed phone number is no longer in service so we couldn't call him. After another hour of online sleuthing, we managed to contact the Innsbrook security team directly and get a working code, but if we hadn't found that information on our own, we wouldn't have been able to access the VRBO and would have been scrambling to find last second accomodations for 10 out-of-town guests. Thank God it didn't come to that, but I was legitimately starting to panic.All of that said, we attend a conference in the Saint Louis area every year and would definitely consider staying again if the checkin issue is resolved. If you book this home, I suggest reaching out to Jeffrey in advance to confirm that his contact info is accurate and the door code is correct.

Located directly on the lake with unobstructed views. Primary bedroom was large with an en-suite. Comfortable living room and it was a plus having a washer/dryer. It accommodated our group of 6 adults and we enjoyed access to the Innsbrook Clubhouse for our NYE.
