Location was stellar and peaceful.
It was new to us but hidden away in a familiar part of the state.
Heat rises. Beware what you set the thermostat to. You’ll be ok with the fans.

The location on the lake, close to the beach, beautiful views. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The showers were big and stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Plenty of towels and throw blankets in the ottoman. I loved the layout of the condo. The decor was esthetically pleasing. Nice parking area. Check-in was easy - though I had to ask for info & they said I would receive it the day of check-in, it was the day of when I requested the info. Kitchen was well stocked and a few game options like Life & Monopoly.
It was dirty, run down, a lot of water damage on the ceilings, the top deck - which was a huge selling point of booking- was locked and inaccessible. They claim it needed repair but looks fine. It was DIRTY. Dead bugs and spiders on the floor, sand, dirty walls, handles/pulls, and door knobs. Live bugs in the master bedroom, we killed over 10 black beetle looking bugs on the 1st night. There are popping tiles on the kitchen floor, mouse poop in a drawer in the living room and gum stuck in the rug.
Upon checking out, I was cleaning, sweeping, loading the car and then my last step was to start the washer. It didnt work. The text option was unresponsive and all of the ph# say they're closed, after 8am on a Wednesday. So I have no options to get our issue resolved. After over 30 minutes, unplugging and replugging the washer in, checking the breaker box, testing the outlet with a phone charger - which worked, we decided to leave because the washer machine is not working. I would upload more photos but it only allows 4.
