Nice little house in a peaceful village perfectly positioned for Ilfracombe & Woolacombe. The pictures for this property make the house look much bigger than it is. We struggleed with 4 adults and a 15 year old as one of us was sitting at the table at all times as not enough couch space. The upstairs of the property is amazing and well thought out. Downstairs needed a good clean! Dust everywhere broken blinds and we all had either dirty feet or socks off the floor after a couple of hours. Owner controls heating and hot water so can be nippy at night and no hot water from late morning till after 4pm. If at full occupancy not all would be able to shower in the morning. All beds and pillows so comfortable.
