About this house rental
Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 55 m² house in Quincy-Voisins for rent, which can accommodate up to 4 travellers. It has a lovely 20 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 25 m² terrace (in spring and summer). Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 20 m² living room with sofa, armchairs, TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...with a dining area
First floor:
- Bedroom 1 with double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2 with double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue (spring, summer), washing machine, fan, iron.
Outside:
- A 25 m² enclosed terrace with furniture on fine days (fitted out during spring and summer).
The house is ideally located in Quincy-Voisins, in very pleasant surroundings. It is within easy reach of all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market (5 minutes by car and 13 minutes on foot).
What to do:
- Disneyland about 10km away.
- Various parks and forests nearby for great walks: Forêt de Crécy, Bois de Chigny, Parc du Pâtis, Jardin Bossuet in Meaux, etc.
- Parc des Statues de la Marne: a must-see park for mountain bikers, with specially adapted trails and outdoor works of art.
- Moulin à eau de Quincangrogne (Quincangrogne water mill): This historic site offers an insight into the local heritage.
- Cueillette de Chanteloup-en-Brie: For a family activity, join in the picking of fresh fruit and vegetables at this nearby farm.
