1. Lost Key Policy
If you lose the key to the property, a fee of $80 will be charged to cover the replacement cost.
2. Excessive Cleaning Fee
While we don’t expect the place to be left as spotless as you received it, please leave the space in the best condition possible. If the apartment is left unreasonably dirty, a $150 excessive cleaning fee will be applied.
3. No Smoking Indoors
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If smoking is detected, a $300 fee will be charged for cleaning and odor removal.
4. No Parties or Events
Hosting parties or events is not allowed. If a party is held, a $500 fee will be charged to cover damages, disturbances, and extra cleaning.
5. Respect the Space
We take pride in offering a clean, comfortable environment. Help us maintain this by following the rules and treating the property with care.
