About this apartment rental
This bright spacious, newly renovated & refurbished apartment can accommodate comfortably up to 6 persons. Close to all amenities (Hellenikon Metropolitan Park, hospitals, Metro, restaurants, The Ellinikon Experience Park etc) it offers an amazing stay, either for business or as a holiday city escape in Athens Riviera.
The apartment occupies the whole 4th floor (last floor) of an apartment building, offering undisturbed sea & sunset views as well as privacy.
When entering, you walk into a bright spacious living and dining area, which open up to a wide balcony with seating arrangements
The cosy main double bedroom opens up to this balcony as well, and it offers closet & storage space.
The 2nd bedroom consists of 2 single beds, which can be arranged into a double-bed as well, depending on guests need. A sliding door leeds to another private quiet space, the office..The office can accommodate 2 more persons as the couch transforms into 2 single beds (one of them a sliding bed)
The fully equipped kitchen (side-by-side fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, utensils etc) offers extra dining space for everydays meals.
The apartment benefits of a private covered parking space on the premises, available upon request.

The neighbourhood is a residential area, in close distance with supermarkets, coffee shop, bakeries and all amenities
It is walking distance to MEDITERRANEO HOSPITAL(1'), 15' by foot to metro station and to Helliniko Experience park. Bus station is at the entrance of the building .

We really enjoyed our stay in this property. Positives: - Walking distance to Mediterraneo hospital (we were there for surgery)- Close to metro station (10-15 minute walk), which gave convenient access to tourist areas in Athens. Also to airport if wanted.- Glyfada and this neighborhood feels safe. - Light / bright / airy space- Elevator to get up to the space if needed- Patio overlooks Glyfada and in the distance you can see the ocean. We enjoyed sitting out there a lot- 1.5 bathrooms - nice to have another toilet available when someone is showering- Washing machine availability. Drying rack also. - Glad the unit has air conditioning, but honestly we didn't need it. Although it was up to 28 degrees Celsius in the day, there was enough natural ventilation we felt cool. - Mostly well equipped kitchen (could have used a toaster, scissors, a strainer, a pan to use in the oven, and a few other minor items), but all the basics are thereWe thought this space was bigger based on the photos. But there was enough space for four of us. FYI - bedrooms 2 and 3 are adjoining. Other observation: - The unit is in a safe neighborhood. However, there was more noise than we are used to at home: bus / trucks rolling by until about 11 at night, car alarms going off fairly regularly, kids across the street at the daycare, etc. If we had known, we still would have chosen this place, but it is something to keep in mind.- Beds were hard. I hear this is a thing in Greece, though
