The view from the balcony was decent but not as good as we had hoped. The condo was a little cramped feeling. The building is on the older side, which made everything feel slightly subpar. The room was definitely clean. We never found the advertised gym, which was a significant reason we chose this rental. We wound up renting an additional house for the weekend so we would have the view and relaxing environs we had hoped for. We only spent one night of our 3-night stay here.

We arrived very late due to delayed flights and unfortunately the condo had not been cleaned so we had to sleep on the couch the first night, which was very hard. The next morning Grant quickly got the cleaners in and made things right. The view from the balcony is very nice, and the pool was never too busy. Besides the mishap on the first night, we had a great time.

girls getaway or a couples romantic getaway! It has beautiful views, close proximity to all the attractions in Hot Springs , and the owners have stocked it with every amenity to meet your needs! There were snacks upon arrival, toiletries if you forgot yours , and all of your basic needs (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, washer/dryer combo, everything you can think of)! We were able to relax spend time with our mom and also take in all the sights in Hot Springs! Thank you for a great weekend, we will be back!
