Welcome to AOK’s Oasis Duplex – West Side! Located in Fort Morgan, AL, this beachfront duplex offers breathtaking views of the white sand beaches and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, just steps from your back deck.
This spacious, pet friendly 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath retreat comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while both guest bedrooms offer queen beds, all located on the upper level. For additional accommodations, a queen sleeper sofa is available in the living room on the main level.
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, complete with a full-size refrigerator, range, dishwasher, and more. Step outside to enjoy a charcoal grill for a beachside cookout. A laundry closet with a washer and dryer adds extra convenience during your stay.
This unit is dog-friendly! A non-refundable pet fee of $150 applies for guests bringing a dog. Please notify our office in advance if you plan to bring one. This unit allows a maximum of one dog per unit. Most beaches in the area do not allow dogs, but there is a dog-friendly beach down Fort Morgan.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Its a nice place, clean and had what we needed to get started. We did have to go buy paper towels, toliet paper but the dollar general is right down the road.

Entering the property was slightly confusing. If you're not sure where to go when arriving, look for the parking garage with a big gated entrance. Once you park, go up the stairs to get into the lobby for checkin. Otherwise, our stay was great. Very clean unit, well stocked, all smart tvs, fast wifi, and a nice view of the ocean. Our condo had beach toys and towels, which is super convenient. It's a bit of a walk to get to the beach but well worth it. Be sure to get your groceries on the way in. No food delivery. Dauphin Island has a very laid back energy and not crowded, even in high tourist season.

We loved our weekend stay at this cabin. Very cute and cozy with a gorgeous kitchen, and peaceful stargazing on the nice deck.

Came in for a 2 day stay..great price ,good location from trailheads and downtown Breck....open concept clean, amenities were ok...grass could have been cut down a bit around fire pit area forthis summer stay but deck was large and convenient..owners communicated quickly. Will go back again for ski season.
