About this house rental
Plan your getaway to this modern spacious holiday home, a 150m walk to the white sandy beach of Papamoa in the Bay of Plenty.
This spacious 3 bedroom home with stylish furniture and neutral decor will be ideal for a ladies weekend away, small groups or families with older children.
Have a fun day surfing or swimming. Return for a relaxing spa and enjoy a BBQ on the deck while listening to the sounds of the waves. Short drive to Pilot Bay for a kayak or a hike up Mount Maunganui.
The space
3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with master suite upstairs. Please note that stairs may not be suitable for younger children or people with mobility difficulties.
Relax in either of the two living areas or sit with a wine on the deck listening to seagulls and ocean waves.
BBQ or cook your delicious meals in the spacious modern kitchen with two ovens.

Entire House. Entry via code.
Other things to note
Spa pool is set at 38 degrees. Guests to put in one capful of chlorine after each use ( chlorine provided).
Stairs to upstairs may not be suitable for younger children or older guests.
All rubbish is to be taken away by guests on exit as council rubbish is only collected fortnightly . The local dump station is a few minutes drive away.

Lovely accommodation so close to the beach and shops. It was a great location for an MTB racing event at Summer Hill. Very spacious cosy home.
