Good location. Very clean. Plenty of room for us. Had a tiny bit of a closed up smell but it was nothing major. Our only dislike about the whole place was the sliding window in shower. It was frosted very well but just being a group of 4 women we just didn't care for that. Check in and out was very easy. The beach access opened onto a beautiful uncrowded beach. The property manager left a lovely welcome gift and note. The beach wagon was very much appreciated for hauling our chairs and cooler.

The condo was super clean and exactly as shown on the pictures. It was great to have access to good beach chairs and toys. The beach distance is walkable or rent a bike. Lots of places to park the bikes. The kitchen needed either more dishes or bring dishwasher detergent. They only left 1 pack and the dishwasher needs to be run after every meal due to only 4 dishes for 4 people. Plenty of flatware and cooking supplies. Before the stay, I had an issue and it took a lot of time to communicate. But it all worked out in the end. The beds were very old and need replaced. The king felt like 2 channels that have been slept on for decades. It was difficult to sleep due to the poor quality of the beds. Upstairs neighbor is a resident and was not friendly to the two rentals on the ground floor. We tried to be the best neighbors because I am sure it's hard on the residents with people coming and going so often.

When I first arrived At Dunes Villa ,I was taken aback a little.PHOTOS ON LINE made the outdoors and indoor space quite larger.Parking was on a slanted angle,but made it a breeze since unit was on the ground floor.The outside covered patio was nice and relaxing but was a shared common space with the other two units,but not mentioned online in description of condo.Noise from upstairs resident was prevelant throught my stay,walking heavy on feet on floor and coughng late at night,early a.m.,often woke me from my sleep most nights.Overall it was a pleasant stay,and the proxmity to the beach was ideal ,5 minute walk !Also I rented an E-bike which made getting to Coligny Plaza a breeze too ! Sean and Rob from HHI Rentals were awesome to deal with and Sean even came to the proerty to rehang a blind that fell from window.I would revisit again or recommend this property to friends or family.
