The extra wide light-filled living and dining space enjoys breathtaking, uninterrupted bay views which leads out to a large terrace balcony. The generous main bedroom includes a walk through wardrobe, ensuite and rear balcony access over looking the gardens and pool area. The second bedroom with a king single and built in robes also has access to the rear balcony. The central study enjoys being part of the open living and has views over the bay, and there is a large central bathroom with a bath.

This was our 3rd stay at this property. It’s simply lovely. The large balcony is definitely one of my favorite features. Besides being immaculate, it’s across the street from the beach, has a pool & gym on property. Grocery store & tram right around the corner. And a short beautiful walk to St. Kilda beach & Albert Park. We’ll be back next year!!! And the hostess is so great and easy to work with!

The host was extremely welcoming and helpful! The condo was beautifully decorated and perfectly cleaned. We love staying here and the location is perfect. Can’t wait to come back!

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this property. Both experiences have been exceptional. The beach is literally right across the street. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. And a cute little grocery store that has anything you may need with a trolly station right there. No need for a car. But, there is a garage if you choose to bring one. The hostess is just amazing, she goes above and beyond to help make your stay extraordinary. This is truly a gem of a property if you enjoy true elegance in a vacation. I can’t wait to come back next year!

Perdido Key/Pensacola is beautiful! The house is located close to everything! However the neighbors were remodeling so there was anlot of noise and demolition stuff everywhere. Their dog was loud and barked aggressively every time we were outside. The house cosmetically is beautiful but beyond the surface so much needed addressed. The sink in the 1st bathroom was clogged, the toilet broken and wobbled. The carpet severely stained. The walls need repainted, some of the furniture was broken, like 1 of the beds. We couldnt let the kids sleep on the futon bc it wobbled. The exterior of the house needs some TLC. We had to re-wash all the dishes bc they were dirty and house keeping does not clean under anything! As far as space it has alot of it and was perfect for our big family! If you need to get in touch with the owners you might as well forget it! I sent them a message 2 weeks before our stay and never got a response!
