Our host sent information about check in and was responsive with what few questions we had. The home was exactly as pictured and listed, which was exactly what we wanted. Very cute and comfortable. As you can see from photos, it is an old home which means old doors and windows, and no central air. At the time of our stay there were three AC window units (including in the two main bedrooms and one for the large living space). It was a hot weekend, but not sweltering, and we were okay! I only mention to say if you’re expecting especially hot weather during your stay, maybe bring a travel fan or something if you can spare the space for it. Again, we had no trouble but my sister and I agreed that if we were traveling with our mother (who is prone to dramatic hot flashes lol) we might have been messaging the host about the availability of a standing floor fan. :) Furniture was comfortable, plenty of kitchenware provided, tea and coffee provided, plenty of storage for luggage. We also ate at the Korean restaurant across the street which we loooved. The owner is a kind old Korean woman who was sweet and accommodating and the food was great. We went to the coffee shop next door a couple of times also which was great, especially the vegan baked good! We were happy with the location overall, and it was easy to drive around town as needed. Definitely recommend trying this home. We stayed at the height of summer, and would love to visit again in either fall or spring some day!

My sister, my daughter, my mother, and I were in town for a concert at The Dome. This location worked perfectly allowing us to walk to our event and not have to deal with parking or traffic. We also had great breakfast options that were in walking distance. The Rise and Shine was only about a block away and was a culinary experience. The home was nicely furnished and exactly as pictured.

The house was so clean and just a warm place to stay. The check-in process was the easiest I've had in a VRBO! Every time I reached out to the owner, she responded quickly and was always so pleasant. Many amenities nearby; very close to Syracuse University. I would definitely return here! Colleen
