Beautiful Entire Corner house, fireplaces Near SU

Good place for an 8 person group. Easy parking, nice area, good value for the price.

Thanks to great communication from the owner we knew what to expect. The house was very big with enough bedroom for our families to be all together.

This property was spacious and comfortably fit our group with the large bathrooms and number of bedrooms. The owner was very helpful with our questions too. It was a nice walk to some restaurants near campus and a short ride over to downtown Syracuse. This place was great for our friend reunion we had during a wedding weekend, with easy access to things and large gathering areas for us to hang out inside and outside of the house. Thank you!

This rental is definitely for a younger crowd. I’m not sure if the intention is to rent to students. We had a group of 47 year old alumni. It was a bit rough. It’s not that the pictures “lied” but they don’t really tell the whole truth. Every piece of furniture is teeny tiny and the cheapest possible. I think they could have at least put out nice towels. The staircase connecting the 2 floors is downright scary. It needs to be refinished, given a railing and lighting. We liked the location and the amount of space.
