The Dolphin House was amazing. They did a wonderful job building this house, thinking of every little detail. The home was even nicer than the photos.The view was beautiful and peaceful. We ate every meal outside on the deck. The kitchen was gorgeous and fully stocked. We appreciated having spices in the cabinet when we arrived. Having two dishwashers was amazing! The kids especially loved the ice machines and beverage fridges. It was convenient to grill. The kids loved having outdoor TVs to watch movies. The kids swam for hours in the pool and hot tub. The water temperature was excellent. The deck chairs were perfect for laying in the sun. Fort Myers Beach: The beach was conveniently located down the street. It was easy to go back-and-forth from the beach to the house for meals. Our teenage boys enjoyed playing volleyball and spikeball at Margaritaville. The location is great. We enjoyed walking a couple blocks for ice cream and shopping.The hosts were lovely. They answered every question quickly, dropped off a small appliance when we inquired about it, and even shipped home a couple forgotten items!We hope to return to the Dolphin house.

Absolutely loved this place. Great design, layout, location and proximity to the beach and restaurants, very spacious, super clean and impressive house. Loved the pool and hot tub as well as the patio with fireplace and grill. Great hosts and super flexible. We will definitely be coming back!!

This property was amazing! The online pictures did not do it justice. Everything was top notch and it was decorated beautifully and tastefully. The location was an additional plus. The beach, restaurants, coffee shops and marina were all within easy walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!

House, owner, location were all excellent! Such a great set up for large groups. From all the extra restrooms, refrigerators, ice makers, to the beach supplies kept on hand for our convenience also - the property exceeded all our expectations and we cannot wait to come back!
