    Wifi good, tv can watch youtube on, clean, fridge, kettle. Location excellent. The room is tiny but to be expected. Last day no hot water but otherwise all good

    Very small room. No lifts! We arrived with 2 x 20kg suitcases as 2 women travellers. There were no lifts at the hotel. So we had to carry our suitcases up the spiral stairs to our room. There was only 1 female staff at reception and 1 female cleaner so they couldn’t help. We got to our room and it was the size of the bed. No space to walk or open our suitcases. We had to keep our suitcases closed and we kept one suitcase in the bathroom because of the lack of space. We had to open the other suitcase on the bed to access our clothes and essentials. It was a clean hotel. We did ask for a bigger room, but the receptionist rejected our request immediately. Unfortunately we picked a non refundable option. Or else we would’ve cancelled and chosen another hotel.
